EU Shipping Pause
Shipping to some EU countries is still paused

The background: since 12 August 2026, the new EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR) requires online retailers to appoint a locally based authorised representative in every single EU country they ship to, who handles packaging registration and licensing there. We resume shipping to a country once we have clarified the local requirements and, where necessary, appointed an authorised representative.
We have already commissioned and paid for this process in our most important destination countries, and we reopen each country as soon as the review for it is complete. Orders placed before the pause were shipped as normal. Pre-orders that are still open will be handled individually – we will reach out to you personally.
Not affected: Deliveries within Germany and to the United Kingdom (via mybearbrick.co.uk) continue without restriction.
Current country status
Available again: Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. As soon as another country has been reviewed and cleared, we reopen shipping there and mark it as available on this page. We keep this overview up to date, so it is worth checking back.
