Product Safety

At MyBearBrick.de (Zaiser Art GbR), we place great importance on the safety of our products. All BE@RBRICKs we offer comply with applicable EU regulations, including the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).

Products up to 150% size (maximum 10.5 cm height) are CE certified and meet the requirements for toy products. These are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Choking hazard due to small parts!

CE certification mark and warning for children under 3 years

Larger models from 200% size (from 14 cm height) are collectibles due to their size, materials, and pricing and are not subject to the EU Toy Safety Directive. These are not suitable for children under 15 years of age.
