Refund policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Zaiser Art GbR, Gabriele-Münter-Str. 22, 73760 Ostfildern, Phone: +49 (0)711 84940172, Email: info@mybearbrick.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. You may also complete and submit the model cancellation form or another clear statement electronically on our website. If you make use of this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of such cancellation without delay (e.g., by email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
