This Bearbrick combines the visionary aesthetic of legendary Japanese artist Hajime Sorayama with the creative DNA of 2G, the innovative Tokyo studio concept created through a collaboration between NANZUKA Gallery, Medicom Toy, and fashion curator Poggy. Finished in seductive pink gold chrome, this limited edition is a luminous homage to Sorayama's iconic hyperrealism and his world-famous, shiny chrome robot creations. Since his breakthrough publication "Sexy Robot" in 1983, Sorayama has defined the visual language of futuristic elegance with his airbrush technique and mirror-smooth metal surfaces. This Bearbrick bears precisely this signature, its translucent pink gold chrome coating transforming every angle of light into mesmerizing reflections.
The most striking design element is the stylish 2G logo on the chest, which glows in contrasting orange and gold and represents the creative vision of the 2G studio. The name "2G" itself is a nostalgic reference to the analog technology era before the digital 4G and 5G revolution. The golden wrist accents add further elegant highlights and underscore the premium character of this collaboration. A special feature is the integrated light module in the 400% version, which illuminates the Bearbrick from within and spectacularly illuminates the translucent pink and gold surfaces. This innovative light-up element transforms the figure into an atmospheric art object that perfectly captures Sorayama's signature fusion of technology and aesthetics.
