Product details

Product description

The Death Troopers are among the most formidable elite units of the Galactic Empire and were first introduced in "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" (2016). As specialized soldiers of Imperial Intelligence, they serve, among other things, as the personal bodyguard of Director Orson Krennic and are distinguished by their menacing, all-black armor and their distorted, encrypted radio transmissions. Medicom Toy has translated this iconic character into the BE@RBRICK silhouette, creating a fascinating connection between the Star Wars universe and Japanese designer toy culture. The collaboration with Lucasfilm underscores once again how versatile the Bearbrick format is as a canvas for pop culture icons.

The design of this Bearbrick captures the Death Trooper's dark aesthetic with remarkable attention to detail. The entire body is rendered in deep black, accented with precise gray and blue-gray lines that replicate the armor's technical contours and plates. The bright green visor strips on the helmet are particularly striking, giving the Bearbrick its signature menacing gaze—a detail taken directly from the film's design. The circular green accents on the chest, simulating the mask's breathing filters, are also flawlessly applied. The blue-gray highlights on the arms, shoulders, and legs create subtle depth and prevent the dark design from appearing flat. The fine circuit and plate patterns on the torso and legs are reminiscent of the special forces unit's technical equipment and make the figure a true eye-catcher, even up close.

Standing approximately 28 cm tall, the 400% scale version boasts an imposing presence that perfectly showcases its intricate design. Star Wars Bearbricks from the Medicom Toy range are highly sought after by collectors worldwide, combining limited editions with high-quality craftsmanship. The Death Trooper stands out as one of the darkest and most visually striking models, clearly distinguishing itself from the more frequently produced Stormtrooper variants. The Rogue One characters, in particular, hold a special place within the fan community, making this model a true collector's item.

Whether as the centerpiece of a Star Wars display case, an addition to a growing Bearbrick collection, or an exceptional gift for fans of the Empire – this Death Trooper combines pop art, film nostalgia, and collector's value in a single figure. Secure this grim elite soldier now before he disappears into the shadows forever.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Is this Bearbrick already pre-assembled?

Yes, all Bearbricks available at MyBearBrick.de are delivered fully assembled by the manufacturer Medicom Toy and are ready to display. So there's no risk of damaging the model.

What packaging does this Bearbrick come in?

This Bearbrick comes in the official original Medicom Toy packaging (see specifications). This is often a collector's item in its own right and important for preserving the model's value. We take care to ensure secure packaging for shipping to prevent damage during transport.

What material is this Bearbrick made of and how do I best care for it?

Most Bearbricks are made of high-quality plastic (ABS plastic), unless otherwise stated in the specifications. For maintenance, we recommend gently dusting the figure regularly with a soft, dry cloth. On chrome versions, fingerprints should be avoided; cloth gloves may be helpful here. Direct sunlight and high humidity should be avoided to protect the colors and material over time and ensure long-term value retention.

How quickly will my order be shipped and how long will delivery take?

Orders received by 2:00 PM on weekdays (11:00 AM on Saturdays) will be shipped the same day via DHL. Delivery within Germany typically takes 1 to 2 business days. Deliveries to other EU countries or Switzerland typically take 2 to 4 business days. You will always receive a tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.

How much are the shipping costs for this Bearbrick?

We offer free shipping within the European Union for orders over €75. For orders below this amount, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 for deliveries within Germany and €7.90 for other EU countries. For customers in Switzerland or UK, the shipping fee is CHF 10.00 or GBP 10.00 respectively, with a minimum order value of CHF 75 or GBP 75. We cover all customs duties and import taxes for you.

What payment options do I have?

At MyBearBrick.de you can pay securely and conveniently using various payment methods, including PayPal, Klarna (purchase on account), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express).

What happens if I don't like the Bearbrick or it arrives damaged?

Simply contact us by phone, email, or chat, and we'll send you a prepaid DHL return label. Will I receive a certificate of authenticity for this Bearbrick?

For all Bearbricks 200% and larger (including 100%+400% sets), we at Zaiser Art Gallery issue an additional Certificate of Authenticity for your records. This underscores our commitment and conviction to offering only genuine Medicom Toy products.

How does the quality and mobility of this model differ from other sizes?

Medicom Toy's production quality is very high across all sizes. Larger models (400% or 1000%) often offer more space for detailed designs. However, the joints vary depending on the size: In larger models (400% and 1000%), the arms and legs usually rotate in a single plane. Smaller Bearbricks (especially 100% and 200%) often have ball joints, allowing for more flexible movement of the limbs.
