Product details
Product description
Jackson Pollock is regarded as one of the most influential figures of Abstract Expressionism, and with his drip-painting technique he created an entirely new visual language. Instead of putting brush to canvas, he let paint drip, fling and flow in dynamic movements. Medicom Toy, in collaboration with the Jackson Pollock Studio, transfers exactly this gestural, energetic principle onto the iconic bear form. The result is a model that was released as part of the BE@RBRICK World Wide Tour 3 and captures the aura of the legendary studio in East Hampton.
The Chrome Version makes all the difference: beneath the printed chaos of colour, a chrome-plated, high-gloss surface shimmers through, giving the piece a metallic depth. Wildly scattered splashes of blue, yellow, green, white and red cover the entire body against a dark background – an authentic-looking random pattern that gives every piece an individual look. The lettering „Jackson Pollock Studio“ is emblazoned on the back, while the reflective finish makes the drops of paint light up vividly depending on how the light falls. Pop art object and art reference merge into a real eye-catcher.
The set is designed as a mixed-size edition, combining a 400% Bearbrick at around 28 cm tall with a small 100% companion at about 7 cm tall. Both feature the same splatter pattern at different scales, so the large figure acts as a monumental stage and the small one as a fine detail piece. As part of the anniversary tour celebrating 25 years of Medicom Toy and 20 years of Bearbrick, this model is equally appealing to collectors of abstract art and to Bearbrick enthusiasts.
If you love contemporary art and design objects, you will find an expressive statement piece here for your display cabinet, shelf or living space. The combination of chrome finish and Pollock's unmistakable signature style makes the set a special gift and a talking point that enriches any collection.

I purchased another Bearbrick

... and once again the service was impeccable. I had some special requests for the seller, who kindly accommodated them. The package was carefully packed, the item was perfect and flawless, and it came with a very welcome gift. I will definitely purchase from Zaiser Art again.
Great purchase, great customer service

I bought my first Be@rbrick Bear, Jean-Michel Basquiat, absolutely love it. There was an issue with delivery of my package due to UK Customs but Michael Z. was really helpful and sorted it really quickly. I am sure this will not be my last Be@rbrick purchase!
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Is this Bearbrick already pre-assembled?
Yes, all Bearbricks available at MyBearBrick.de are delivered fully assembled by the manufacturer Medicom Toy and are ready to display. So there's no risk of damaging the model.
What packaging does this Bearbrick come in?
This Bearbrick comes in the official original Medicom Toy packaging (see specifications). This is often a collector's item in its own right and important for preserving the model's value. We take care to ensure secure packaging for shipping to prevent damage during transport.
What material is this Bearbrick made of and how do I best care for it?
Most Bearbricks are made of high-quality plastic (ABS plastic), unless otherwise stated in the specifications. For maintenance, we recommend gently dusting the figure regularly with a soft, dry cloth. On chrome versions, fingerprints should be avoided; cloth gloves may be helpful here. Direct sunlight and high humidity should be avoided to protect the colors and material over time and ensure long-term value retention.
How quickly will my order be shipped and how long will delivery take?
Orders received by 2:00 pm on working days (Saturday by 11:00 am) ship the same day – within Germany with Deutsche Post DHL, abroad with DHL or UPS. Delivery within Germany usually takes 1 to 2 working days; with UPS Express Saver, delivery is on the next working day. Deliveries to other EU countries, Sweden, the United Kingdom or Switzerland usually take 3 to 5 working days. You always receive a tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.
How much are the shipping costs for this Bearbrick?
We offer free shipping within the European Union for orders over €75. For orders below this amount, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 for deliveries within Germany and €7.90 for other EU countries. For UK customers, the shipping fee is GBP 10.00 with a minimum order value of GBP 140.00. We cover all customs duties and import taxes for you. For orders to Switzerland we charge a flat shipping rate of CHF 10.00; the minimum order value is CHF 75.00, and here too we cover all customs duties and import fees for you.
What payment options do I have?
At MyBearBrick.de you can pay securely and conveniently using various payment methods, including PayPal, Klarna (purchase on account), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express).
What happens if I don't like the Bearbrick or it arrives damaged?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If, contrary to expectations, you don't like a Bearbrick or it's damaged, you have a 30-day free return policy. Simply contact us by phone, email, or chat, and we'll send you a prepaid DHL return label. Once we receive your return, we'll, of course, refund the full purchase price, including any shipping costs.
Will I receive a certificate of authenticity for this Bearbrick?
For all Bearbricks 200% and larger (including 100%+400% sets), we at Zaiser Art Gallery issue an additional Certificate of Authenticity for your records. This underscores our commitment and conviction to offering only genuine Medicom Toy products.
How does the quality and mobility of this model differ from other sizes?
Medicom Toy's production quality is very high across all sizes. Larger models (400% or 1000%) often offer more space for detailed designs. However, the joints vary depending on the size: In larger models (400% and 1000%), the arms and legs usually rotate in a single plane. Smaller Bearbricks (especially 100% and 200%) often have ball joints, allowing for more flexible movement of the limbs.
