Product description

MCM, more than almost any other brand, represents the fusion of German luxury craftsmanship and global pop culture. Founded in Munich in 1976 by Michael Cromer as Modern Creation München, the label conquered the world with its iconic travel accessories and the unmistakable Visetos monogram – from the Munich disco era to the hip-hop scene of the nineties to the wardrobes of international superstars. The Cognac Visetos, inspired by Bavarian heraldry and the diamond patterns of the state flag, remains the unmistakable trademark of the house to this day. With this first official collaboration between MCM and Medicom Toy, this heritage finds its way onto the iconic Bearbrick silhouette.

The two figures in the set, 100% (approx. 7 cm) and 400% (approx. 28 cm), are fully finished with the classic Cognac Visetos monogram. On the warm cognac-brown tone, the characteristic MCM lettering, laurel wreaths, and black diamond motifs form a continuous pattern that seamlessly covers the entire body of the figures. This all-over print is realized using high-quality water transfer printing, a process in which the motif floats on a water surface and, when immersed, wraps three-dimensionally around every contour of the figure. This gives each piece a slightly individual motif distribution, making it unique.

The packaging consistently adopts the design concept and presents itself as a standalone collector's item in the style of an MCM suitcase with a continuous Visetos print and golden corner fittings. As the first official collaboration between the two brands, this set marks a milestone at the intersection of designer toy culture and high fashion. If you combine luxury fashion and a passion for collecting, this set belongs in your collection.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Is this Bearbrick already pre-assembled?

Yes, all Bearbricks available at MyBearBrick.de are delivered fully assembled by the manufacturer Medicom Toy and are ready to display. So there's no risk of damaging the model.

What packaging does this Bearbrick come in?

This Bearbrick comes in the official original Medicom Toy packaging (see specifications). This is often a collector's item in its own right and important for preserving the model's value. We take care to ensure secure packaging for shipping to prevent damage during transport.

What material is this Bearbrick made of and how do I best care for it?

Most Bearbricks are made of high-quality plastic (ABS plastic), unless otherwise stated in the specifications. For maintenance, we recommend gently dusting the figure regularly with a soft, dry cloth. On chrome versions, fingerprints should be avoided; cloth gloves may be helpful here. Direct sunlight and high humidity should be avoided to protect the colors and material over time and ensure long-term value retention.

How quickly will my order be shipped and how long will delivery take?

Orders received by 2:00 PM on weekdays (11:00 AM on Saturdays) will be shipped the same day via DHL. Delivery within Germany typically takes 1 to 2 business days. Deliveries to other EU countries or Switzerland typically take 2 to 4 business days. You will always receive a tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.

How much are the shipping costs for this Bearbrick?

We offer free shipping within the European Union for orders over €75. For orders below this amount, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 for deliveries within Germany and €7.90 for other EU countries. For customers in Switzerland or UK, the shipping fee is CHF 10.00 or GBP 10.00 respectively, with a minimum order value of CHF 75 or GBP 75. We cover all customs duties and import taxes for you.

What payment options do I have?

At MyBearBrick.de you can pay securely and conveniently using various payment methods, including PayPal, Klarna (purchase on account), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express).

What happens if I don't like the Bearbrick or it arrives damaged?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If, contrary to expectations, you don't like a Bearbrick or it's damaged, you have a 30-day free return policy. Simply contact us by phone, email, or chat, and we'll send you a prepaid DHL return label. Once we receive your return, we'll, of course, refund the full purchase price, including any shipping costs.

Will I receive a certificate of authenticity for this Bearbrick?

For all Bearbricks 200% and larger (including 100%+400% sets), we at Zaiser Art Gallery issue an additional Certificate of Authenticity for your records. This underscores our commitment and conviction to offering only genuine Medicom Toy products.

How does the quality and mobility of this model differ from other sizes?

Medicom Toy's production quality is very high across all sizes. Larger models (400% or 1000%) often offer more space for detailed designs. However, the joints vary depending on the size: In larger models (400% and 1000%), the arms and legs usually rotate in a single plane. Smaller Bearbricks (especially 100% and 200%) often have ball joints, allowing for more flexible movement of the limbs.
