BE@RBRICK Series 25 Basic (100%)

The Basic series is one of the cornerstones of the Bearbrick universe and has accompanied the series released by Medicom Toy since their very beginnings. The BE@RBRICK Series 25 Basic (100%) presented here dates from 2012 and embodies the clean, typography-driven design language that makes this series so distinctive. Instead of elaborate graphics or franchise motifs, the Basic category relies on a pared-back aesthetic that puts the bear's iconic silhouette centre stage and complements it with a simple character on the chest.

Visually, this model impresses with its vivid finish in bold pink-magenta with mirror-like metallic chrome elements. The glossy surface catches the light and lends the otherwise compact body an elegant, almost jewellery-like depth. On the chest sits a single character in white, rendered in the typical Basic typography, which stands out clearly against the intensely coloured background. The combination of a poppy colour palette and high-gloss chrome makes the figure a real eye-catcher that holds its own on any shelf.

As a single in 100% format, the Bearbrick measures around 7 cm in height and features the classic movable joints that characterise all models of this size. The collecting principle of the Basic series thrives on the appeal of combining individual letters and characters to put together your own lettering or words – a clever concept that keeps fuelling the urge to collect. As part of Series 25, this piece fits seamlessly into a long tradition and is an exciting building block for connoisseurs of the series.

Whether as an entry into the world of Bearbricks, as an addition to an existing collection or as a decorative design object with high recognition value – this model wins you over with its compact size and expressive look. The metallic sheen and intense colour also make it a stylish gift idea for anyone who appreciates urban toys and modern pop culture.
