The Hero category celebrates Hit-Girl from "Kick-Ass 2," one of the most provocative and iconic characters in modern superhero culture. This Bearbrick from Series 26 of 2013 was released to coincide with the theatrical release of the comic book adaptation in August 2013 and captures the radical anti-heroine who, since her first screen appearance in 2010, has redefined the boundaries of what a superhero can be. Mindy Macready, aka Hit-Girl, portrayed by Chloë Grace Moretz, is the product of an obsessive upbringing—her father, Big Daddy, trained her from childhood to be a deadly assassin, endowed with mastery of martial arts, swordsmanship, and all firearms. The result: a character who slaughters entire gangster armies with brutal efficiency while maintaining the innocence of a teenager.
The design precisely translates Hit-Girl's signature look from Kick-Ass 2 to the Bearbrick form. The purple costume with black accents forms the color palette of her iconic outfit, while the black mask symbolizes her secret identity—that transformation from ordinary high school girl to fearless vigilante. The turquoise eyes pierce intensely through the mask, conveying that steely gaze that strikes fear into her opponents. The "HG" logo on the belt serves as a confident trademark, while the purple-and-black plaid pattern on the pants and legs completes the detailed look. The purple strands of hair beneath the mask reference her signature wig. The black gloves and boots complete the battle-ready vigilante aesthetic.
