Bearbrick Series 52 Animal "Tabekko Dōbutsu" [Ginbis] 100% Begleitkarte — With the original Medicom Toy card

Anyone who grew up in Japan knows them from the supermarket shelves: the small animal biscuit snacks from Ginbis, which have been delighting children and adults alike for decades under the name Tabekko Dōbutsu. With the BE@RBRICK Series 52 Animal "Tabekko Dōbutsu" [Ginbis] (100%), this nostalgic cult snack makes its way into the world of designer toys. As part of Series 52, which is entirely dedicated to the theme of animals, this model combines playful pop culture with a charming Japanese brand history and brings a piece of childhood memory to the shelves of any collection.

The pure white body is covered in a colorful all-over pattern of charming animal faces: a green crocodile, a mischievous rabbit, a red hippo, a yellow lion with a floral mane, a pink cat, a blue elephant, and many other figures that are directly modeled after the iconic biscuit shapes. Each motif is designed with strong colors, clear outlines, and large, round eyes, turning the head, body, arms, and legs into a cheerful picture gallery. The printed random pattern distributes the animals vividly across the entire surface, making every perspective inviting to explore.

The model comes in a handy 100% format, approximately 7 cm tall, and is sold as a single figure. Its compact size makes it an ideal companion for a shelf, desk, or display cabinet – either as a standalone eye-catcher or combined with other collectibles. As part of the ongoing Bearbrick series and due to the special licensing cooperation with one of the most famous Japanese snack brands, this piece has a unique appeal for lovers of food branding and retro aesthetics.

Whether as a nostalgic gift for Japan fans, a cheerful splash of color in your interior, or a targeted addition to your Bearbrick collection – this animal biscuit charmer brings good cheer and playful recognition value. Grab it while this sweet collectible is still available.

Is this Bearbrick already pre-assembled?

Yes, all Bearbricks available at MyBearBrick.de are delivered fully assembled by the manufacturer Medicom Toy and are ready to display. So there’s no risk of damaging the model.

What packaging does this Bearbrick come in?

This Bearbrick comes in the official original Medicom Toy packaging (see specifications). This is often a collector’s item in its own right and important for preserving the model’s value. We take care to ensure secure packaging for shipping to prevent damage during transport.

What material is this Bearbrick made of and how do I best care for it?

Most Bearbricks are made of high-quality plastic (ABS plastic), unless otherwise stated in the specifications. For maintenance, we recommend gently dusting the figure regularly with a soft, dry cloth. On chrome versions, fingerprints should be avoided; cloth gloves may be helpful here. Direct sunlight and high humidity should be avoided to protect the colours and material over time.

How does the quality and mobility of this model differ from other sizes?

Medicom Toy’s production quality is very high across all sizes. Larger models (400% or 1000%) often offer more space for detailed designs. However, the joints vary depending on the size: In larger models (400% and 1000%), the arms and legs usually rotate in a single plane. Smaller Bearbricks (especially 100% and 200%) often have ball joints, allowing for more flexible movement of the limbs.
