The body of this impressive Bearbrick is fully covered with a dark gray, almost black print that is reminiscent of historical star charts and astronomical navigation tables. Fine white lines, coordinate specifications, constellation markings, and numbers run across the head, arms, legs, and torso, creating an aesthetic that evokes the vastness of space – fitting for the U.F.O. theme of the series. The belly area stands out from the dark body as a contrasting white, transparent field. On the front, three hand gestures – rock, paper, scissors – are depicted in vibrant neon colors (green, pink, and yellow), a playful and humorous element that wittily breaks the seriousness of the cosmic design. On the back, the lettering "ALAN SMITHEE FILM" is emblazoned in the same three colors on striking color blocks.
