Bearbrick Smurf [The Smurfs] 400% mit Verpackung — With the original Medicom Toy packaging

The Smurfs are among the most popular and enduring franchises in European comic culture. Since their creation by Belgian cartoonist Peyo in 1958, the little blue creatures have delighted generations of fans – whether in the original comics, the legendary 1980s animated series, or the modern feature films. Medicom Toy pays tribute to these timeless characters with the BE@RBRICK Smurf [The Smurfs] (400%), a lovingly crafted collectible that translates the charm of the Smurfs into the iconic Bearbrick silhouette while preserving the unmistakable recognizability of the original.

The design of this Bearbricks captures the essence of a classic Smurf with remarkable attention to detail. The entire torso, arms, and lower part of the head are painted in a vibrant sky blue, faithfully replicating the Smurfs' characteristic skin tone. A cheerful, grinning Smurf face adorns the front of the head, featuring large, open eyes, a distinctive blue nose, and a wide-open mouth that perfectly conveys the little creatures' typical joie de vivre. The white Smurf hat is represented by the top of the head and the Bearbricks' semi-transparent ears, with a black line elegantly marking the transition from hat to face. Curved black lines continue down the back of the head, making the hat design recognizable even from behind. The torso is divided into two sections: the top is finished in the blue of the skin, while the lower half is white, suggesting the classic Smurf trousers. The legs and feet are painted entirely white. On the back of the torso there is a circular detail in blue with a black border, modeled after the base of the Smurfs' tail – a lovely detail that shows how well thought-out the implementation has been.

At 400% scale, this Bearbrick measures approximately 28 cm, making it an excellent decorative piece for display in a cabinet or on a shelf. The combination of the minimalist Bearbrick design and the colorful Smurf motif creates a charming contrast that will appeal to both Bearbrick collectors and Smurf fans. As an officially licensed Medicom Toy product, this model uniquely blends the worlds of designer toys and European comic heritage.

Whether as the centerpiece of a Smurf collection, an eye-catching addition to your living room, or a nostalgic gift for anyone who grew up with these beloved blue creatures – this Bearbrick brings a piece of childhood nostalgia into your home in a contemporary designer format. Secure this charming collector's item now before it's sold out.

Is this Bearbrick already pre-assembled?

Yes, all Bearbricks available at MyBearBrick.de are delivered fully assembled by the manufacturer Medicom Toy and are ready to display. So there’s no risk of damaging the model.

What packaging does this Bearbrick come in?

This Bearbrick comes in the official original Medicom Toy packaging (see specifications). This is often a collector’s item in its own right and important for preserving the model’s value. We take care to ensure secure packaging for shipping to prevent damage during transport.

What material is this Bearbrick made of and how do I best care for it?

Most Bearbricks are made of high-quality plastic (ABS plastic), unless otherwise stated in the specifications. For maintenance, we recommend gently dusting the figure regularly with a soft, dry cloth. On chrome versions, fingerprints should be avoided; cloth gloves may be helpful here. Direct sunlight and high humidity should be avoided to protect the colours and material over time.

How does the quality and mobility of this model differ from other sizes?

Medicom Toy’s production quality is very high across all sizes. Larger models (400% or 1000%) often offer more space for detailed designs. However, the joints vary depending on the size: In larger models (400% and 1000%), the arms and legs usually rotate in a single plane. Smaller Bearbricks (especially 100% and 200%) often have ball joints, allowing for more flexible movement of the limbs.
